The NanoWorld Holding AG is a purely financial holding company and does not conduct operational business.
The prese nt key activities of the associated companies are concentrated on the development, production and commercialization of consumables for Atomic Force Microscopes (AFM) namely AFM probes or tips fo Scanning Probe Microscopes (SPM).
In the future the leading position of the associated companies in the core business will be further expanded and new markets are going to be developed in the fields of High Tech and Nanotechnology through strategic alliances and acquisitions.
Central functions fulfilled by the holding include access to capital markets and steering the group strategically, thus relieving the group's units, allowing them to concentrate on their customer related activity.
The holding's headcount is being kept deliberately low in order to limit group overheads to a minimum. |

NanoAndMore USA Corporation (NAM) was founded on September 7th, 2005, in Beaufort, SC, USA, -by George McMurtry and Nanoworld Holding AG as a wholly owned subsidiary. NAM is headed by Mr. McMurtry who is a founder of one of the oldest atomic force microscope (AFM) manufacturers, Quesant Instrument (circa. 1992), and is a well known and respected member of the AFM community.
NanoAndMore USA is based on a successful business concept that has already been proven in the European market by NanoAndMore GmbH.
Since cantilever and tip dynamics play such a major role in obtaining research quality data, the additional feedback from NanoAndMore USA will assist the AFM world by working directly with NanoWorld Group R&D and manufacturing plants to help determine and then provide required probes.
Although expert in AFM operation, few users understand all the other contributing factors such as scanning environment (atmosphere, liquid, temperature, humidity, etc.), tip size and shape, cantilever dimensions and resonant frequency, cantilever coatings, etc. NAM helps provide this expertise.
Timely delivery from an extensive stock is a major objective of NanoAndMore and the AFM experience of the staff is critical to delivering the best possible solution.

ISB's subcontractor for all printings is working with Heidelberger Druck and MAN Roland printing machines of the latest generation.
As a result, the print design team of experienced designers is not only able to offer a design that meets the highest professional standards, but also to provide a suitable print solution, optimized in both quality and price. Many customers from different parts of the world value this opportunity. The customer base of ISB's Print & Design Division ranges from private persons printing gift cards or wedding invitations to world wide operating companies printing their brochures, balance sheet reports and other corporate papers.
